Guest Responsibility for Damages

We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and relaxing environment for all our guests. To help us maintain the high standards of our property, we kindly ask that you treat our home with care and respect during your stay.

While we understand that general wear and tear is inevitable, guests are responsible for the cost of any damage beyond normal use. This includes — but is not limited to — broken furniture, stained upholstery, damaged fixtures, or excessive cleaning needs resulting from misuse.

If you’re bringing a pet, please ensure they are well-behaved and supervised at all times. Any damage caused by pets — such as scratching, chewing, accidents, or damage to landscaping — is also the responsibility of the guest.

If something does happen during your stay, please let us know right away. We appreciate honesty and will always do our best to resolve any issues in a fair and reasonable manner.
